Jim-lin, have u ever noticed every store, etc has its "resident obese" clerk ?: Whether it be a coffee shop, convenience store,or security guard at a bank etc ,there's always at least one OVER-SIZED obese person (both male & female) who has a negative effect on the milieu...its an unspoken thing but they just drag down the atmosphere...in that regard I agree with new york's attempt to limit soda size cups to help fight obesity. Rick Warren's new diet book is a timely thing...its good for the church as well.

See pic of clerk who served me coffee this morning. This is not an attack on individuals but a commentary on social issues. Also note, there's a big difference between obesity versus overweight. Unless the individual has a actual medical issue (which apparently is an issue in some, but not all, cases),obesity is an insult to everybody. For me,its enough of a reason not to go back to such an establishment,or at least try to avoid the clerk in question.
