During my 13 years as a teacher for part of that time I was a substitute teacher for the Los Angeles District and one day I was assigned to a school in San Fernando and normally I substituted for English classes but they asked me to cover a physical ed class for one period, and the other phys-ed teacher turned out to be the father of Kirk Cameron. I wouldn't have known, but he actually told me and showed me a website about his son. he was a nice guy.very proud of his son.
