DOES BEING EMPLOYED by a CHURCH (seminary,religious organization,et al) LEAD 2a FALSE SENSE OF SALVATION SECURITY?

DOES BEING EMPLOYED by a CHURCH (seminary,religious organization,et al) LEAD 2a FALSE SENSE OF SALVATION SECURITY? Every now & then I experience a person on the payroll for such an organization who clearly bases their sense of superiority & maybe even salvation based on the fact that they are formally employed as such (& u realize they are looking down on you as a "lay person",even if I have as much or more education & informal ministry involvement & dedication than they). I wonder if this is a false sense of security that needs to be addressed more often.Unfortinately,some of them would have to preach to themselves,which doesn't too often happen.
